Who am I
I'm a product designer at Perforce, based in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. Outside of work I'm usually blasting the gym, building Legos, out in the garden, karting, or deep into a game of Warhammer 30k. My interests are all over the place, so if we share any, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.
I love dogs (especially fluffy ones), I'm almost always the tallest person in the room, and I'm far too extraverted for my own good. I organise team socials, enjoy a proper conversation, and tend to work best with people who are curious and say what they actually think. If we ever meet, tell me one interesting thing about yourself.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
I've trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for five years, usually three times a week. I'm a black belt in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, a BJJ purple belt, and a Judo green belt, and I've been training martial arts since 2007. Showing up consistently matters more than any single good round, and the mat has a way of reminding you of that pretty quickly.
Mention a gym ache and I'll probably try to diagnose it. Five years in, I've got the confidence of an amateur physical therapist and none of the qualifications.
Travel
I like arriving somewhere unfamiliar without a fixed plan and seeing what happens. In 2026 I visited Latvia, Ireland, and Portugal. Hoping to keep exploring the world and meeting new people.
Back in Northern Ireland, a good day out is the MAC gallery, a coastal or forest walk, or an evening at the Cineworld IMAX!
